BICHOLIM’S LOCALS WAIT FOR GOOD ROADS CONTINUES

While potholes on main roads have been getting a lot of attention, smaller internal roads seemingly go completely unnoticed. The government had set up a pothole brigade to repair damaged roads around Goa. While they have begun fixing potholed roads around the capital city they are yet to reach smaller, inner roads.

Locals residing along an internal road in Bicholim say that they have been waiting to see good roads for years now. Their road, leading from Bicholim bridge to IDC, is completely damaged and danger to all those who pass through. Goa 365 spoke to a few residents of the area – here’s what they had to say.
