ADAPT RP 2021 TO MAKE CHANGE IN LAND USE

Town and country planning Department has issued a list of survey numbers in the Calangute-Candolim and Arpora-Nagao-Parra wherein these properties have to adapt Regional Plan 2021 to make changes to the land use and development of land

 While Vasco ODP has to be in conformity with the Vasco-da-Gama ODP 2030, TCP department informed in a notification

The ODPs of Calangute-Candolim, Arpora-Nagao-Parra and Vasco were suspended after discrepancies were found. The notification has been issued as per the report submitted by the committee constituted to look into the discrepancies.

  This decision will remain in force till the new ODPs are formulated, the notification said. Meanwhile, the TCP department has also invited objections to the changes proposed within 60 days from the date of the publication of the notification.
