Ponda municipality to construct new building, renovate Kranti Maidan

Ponda Municipal Council has decided to construct ground plus two storey building in an open space located near the existing PMC building. The municipality has also decided to renovate Kranti Maidan so as to use it for commercial activities.

The decisions were taken at  the council  meeting held on Tuesday. The meeting was chaired by Vishwanath Dalvi at which Ponda MLA Ravi Naik was also present. Vishwanath  said that after  the renovation of  Kranti Maidan  the meetings now conducted  at Indira market bus stand would be held at Kranti Maidan
