Make Goa hub for education, medical tourism: NGO

On one side there a many who are opposing IIT and other educational projects in the state. But some want more educational and medical institutes in Goa. On Thursday, a NGO, United Goans said that IIT should come to Goa with more educational institutes but without harming the environment.

On Thursday, United Goans members said that Goa depends on two main industries Tourism and Mining. Mining is shut while tourism is having problems. Hence Government should start of medical tourism and also bringing in more educational and training institutes in the state.
