Inquire into how Western bypass blunder committed: Luizinho

The work on the Western Bypass passing through Navelim is not upto the mark, the local MLA Luizinho Faleiro said.
He wanted an inquiry into this and action taken on how this 'blunder' was committed. Here's more.
Luizinho said that there was an issue with the height of the bridge.
And he had received a call from the chief minister Pramod Sawant that the height had been increased to 5 mts after he had written a letter to concerned authorities.
He said that he had asked the chief minister to inquire into the matter.
