 Goa might become model for whole world if right decision is taken with concern to planning. Here's more.

Bharne was addressing the seminar on subject Heritage of Goa in Madgao. Deputy Chief Minister and TCP minister Vijay Sardessai was also present.

Sardessai said entire Goa could be converted into smart city.

It should not be keep limited only to Panaji but should be spread in entire South Goa.
