GOA DAIRY TO RESTART FULL CREAM MILK PRODUCTION

Goa Dairy has decided to restart its production of full cream milk in one month’s time. The production and supply of this milk was earlier stopped as the dairy faced lots of problem because of the availability of high fat milk, Goa Dairy Officials said.



Goa Dairy Marketing officer Datta Burye said Goa dairy was supplying around 7000 liters full cream milk or buffalo milk daily basis which was also used by consumers for quality dairy products such as curd, ghee etc.

Goa Dairy stopped selling full cream milk in March end this year as production was hit due to floods and climate change. Burye also informed that the India has started exporting milk to gulf countries as export from Ukraine is stopped due to war with Russia has also affected the availability.
