Goa should connect hotels, airports, ports through waterways: Gadkari

Infrastructure is already developed for tourism. So Goa should connect hotels, airports and ports through waterways



Goa should develop these new things so Goa can be new marine hub,  Union Minister for Transport Nitin Gadkari said on Sunday. Gadkari also said creating more employment potential in Goa is challenge before the state government.

 Gadkari was speaking during the laying of foundation foundation stone of Common Facility Center for Konkan Maritime Cluster at Verna Industrial Estate, Verna.

Foundation stone was laid Chief Minister Pramod Sawant. Industries Minister Vishwajit Rane and Union Minister of State for Shipping Mansukh Mandavia were made a virtually presence. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said its proud moment for Goa as the State has got its the first maritime cluster in India.
