GOVT BACKS VISHWAJIT ACTION ON ODP’S

The purpose behind the cancellation of the ODP is to expose illegalities in land issus, the BJP said today. Action will be taken against those responsible for allowing illegalities in the ODP’s.

 The BJP has come out in support of the steps taken by Minister Vishwajit Rane on various land issues, especially relating to the Calangute coastal belt. Many complaints reached the government about converting Khazan lands,

tenanted agricultural land and non-development zones. Therefore, some ODPs have been canceled by the government, BJP spokesperson Yatish Naik said.
