JCI World Congress held in Panaji

Secretary-General of World JCI Congress Arrey Obenson said every delegate who travels to another country for conferences spends on an average 300 dollars per day.



He said that this contributes to the local economy, adding that the amount of investment they have made is very significant.

Around, 3,200 delegates are attending the JCI world congress being held in Panaji, with Japan alone sending 1300.

Junior Chamber International is a non-profit international non-governmental organization of young people. 

It has members in about 124 countries and regional or national organizations in most of them.
