Balrath union to approach court if dismissed driver not reinstated

The union has threatened to approach  a court if the driver is not  reinstated.  

Balrath driver Jitesh Gaonkar was working  for  Panchasheel English School in Panchwadi.

His salary was pending for three months.

When he was asked to  take a vehicle for passing he refused and  demanded his salary. 

He however confronted the driver who was taking the vehicle for passing.

Balrath management filed a police case against him.
