Devotees held the one and a half day visarjan today

The word 'visarjan' implies means immersion. Here Lord Ganapati's idol is immersed in a river, sea, or water body. Devotees come out in processions carrying the idols of their beloved God and perform immersion. This time due to covid, the celebrations and procession were muted.
