Cashew plantation gutted in fire

Nearly 70 trees were burnt into ashes, where the owner claiming to have suffered a loss of 3 lakh rupees.

The fire officer of Bicholim Fire station said that in the last 2 years  the fire service received more than 100 calls informing about grass and cashew plantation fire incidents in Bicholim taluka.
