Complaint filed against CCP councillor, wife for fraud

A complaint has been filed against CCP corporator Uday Madkaikar and Geeta Madkaikar with the Panaji police for forgery and cheating. 

The complaint filed by CCP commissioner Ajit Roy alleged that they had forged the signature of the then CCP commissioner Melwyn Vaz in January 2012 to get an occupancy certificate of the third floor of his building at Bhatlem.
