A robber was caught redhanded in Margao on Thursday morning. The robber had entered an antique house and was allegedly looking for items.
Hearing some noise, the owner of the house went and brought a social worker. The social worker summoned police who caught the robber and took him away.
The owner of the house Edgar Gomes who is a senior citizen lives alone in his ancestral house. The robber was trying to take away a metal trunk filled with some items of antique value.
