8 lakh alcohol seized at Patradevi checkpost

The excise officers seized alcohol worth 8 lakhs at the Patradevi checkpost. Speaking to Goa365 the excise officers said that the alcohol was being smuggled in a truck that was transporting food grains and vegetables. During the checking process, the alcohol that was stored in sacks that contained other goods was detected and seized.
