2 pimps arrested for sex trade, 2 girls rescued in Colva

After receiving information, the Colva police laid a trap at the Colva beach.

The police arrested one man and a lady who came to the beach to supply girls for sex trade. The police rescued two girls.

They were sent to Apna Ghar in Merce after medical examination.

As tourist season has taken off in Goa, Colva PI Filomena Costa said they have formed a special team to keep strict vigilance on the drugs and sex trade within its jurisdiction.
