12 pick pockets arrested at CM's funeral

As Goa was in mourning, there were some people out to make a quick buck The Panaji Police arrested 12 pick pockets in Panaji on Monday.
These 12 were involved in the chain snatching and pickpocketing wallets of mourners who had come to pay last respect to the late Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar.
Monday was the day Parrikar was cremated after being kept for the public. But for some, it was an opportunity.
