Capping of Pvt hospitals: Health Min Rane

Capping of private hospital rates for covid19 admission prepared by independent committee will be done, Health Minister Vishwajeet Rane on Friday. The Health Minister said that all rates have been sent to Chief Minister and the CM would take a decision on this. However, he cautioned that the Government cannot control rates of the private hospitals beyond a point.



The health minister was speaking to media after having an inspection of the Goa airport over the SOPs and safety measures for the incoming passengers. On Friday the health minister also said at present all patients are important, every bed is important. The airport Director Gagan Malik said that soon international flights will begin in India eventually. But the timing depends on the centre. However, till date all SOPs and guidelines are being followed at Goa Airport.
