The locals from Kharewaddo containment zone has alleged that state administration has not supplied ration and groceries even once to people in the zone.

Ward councillor Lavina D'Souza said the cases are under control and only two people are admitted in the Covid hospital.

She demanded that the area be de-sealed, especially since the fishing community is all set to begin the new fishing season on Saturday.

Madkai MLA Sudin Dhavlikar said 27 people were tested positive for covid-19 in Adpai. 27 houses are sealed with home quarantine stamps for 12 days.
