Adivasi Pradnyavant Puraskar announced

The awards will be distributed during Prerna Din on Saturday at Ravindra Bhavan Curchorem at hands of Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant.

Tribal Welfare Department in association with United Tribal Association will mark Prerna Day as a tribute to two tribal youth Dilip Velip and Mahesh Gaonkar.

This youth was martyred during the Balli protest. On this day tribal people who excelled in the fields of education, sports, agriculture, cultural and social work.
