Goel was speaking at the valedictory function of three-day Vibrant Goa Global Expo that concluded at Bambolim on Saturday.

He also put forward some ideas which could help Goa attracting high end tourists.

India’s premiere scientist Dr Raghunath Mashelkar, who is a Goan by birth, was the main speaker at the valedictory function.

Since he could not make it, he sent a video message which was played at the summit.

He expressed concern over India’s rank dropping down in the world economic forum.
