Goa red ribbon fest on AIDS awareness held

For the first time in Goa, a red ribbon fest was organized on World Aids Day Creating awareness about HIV aids with the theme ''Know your status.”
The founder and chief executive of the NGO ‘Human Touch’ Peter Borges said that this camp was held in a bid to create awareness among youngsters Human Touch seeks to abolish discrimination of youngsters with HIV aids and to show that there is nothing to be scared of, the psycho-social support officer said.
