Akashkandil competition held amidst rains

 The competition was organized by the Parra Citizen Forum Association. The competition was actually scheduled on 31^st October but due to rains it was postponed to 14^th November. 

Over 3,000 Artists across Goa had participated in the tournament. On the occasion many of them got any opportunity to show their talents.
