Parikrama 0.2, an event based on the study of Goa's rich culture and folk dances will be held on 12th and 13th January at Marcel, Art and Culture Minister Govind Gawade said on Thursday.
Gaude said that Parikrama is not a Lokotsav but knowledge generating process. The aim of the event is to help students who are studying culture.
