Crane crushes to death 3-yr-old, aunt at Ponda

In a heartrending tragedy, a three year old and his thirty eight -year-old aunt were crushed to death by a crane while they were crossing the road at Patyekade Konnem at around 3 in the afternoon.

 Incensed villagers came out on the road, blocking it and forcing the police to divert traffic.

Thirty eight year old Sangeeta Gaude and Devansh Zalmi were crossing the road when they were hit by a speeding crane. Witnesses say that the driver did not even apply the brakes crushing and killing the duo.

In another accident a car hit a bike injurig the rider. He has been admitted to hospital.
