A total 538 Challans were issued by Transport Authorities in the month of June,

In June there were a total of 239 road accidents out of which 18 were fatal. Nine of them happened in North Goa and 9 in South Goa. 15 Grievous Accidents and 43 Minor Accidents also took place .

A total 538 Challans were issued by Transport Authorities in the month of June, Department of Information and Publicity.  

-          Total number of persons who lost their lives - 18

-          North Goa – 09, South Goa – 09

-          These include 12 Riders, 2 Pillion Riders, 1 Driver, 2 Pedestrians and 1 other

-          19 people were grievously Injured

-          North – 11, South – 8

-          76 persons suffered Minor Injuries

-          North – 25, South – 51

 

VO2: In April 242 road accidents took place out of which 11 were fatal. Out of these 9 persons were killed in North Goa and 9 persons killed in South Goa. A total of 911 challans were issued by the Transport Authorities in the month of April
