4 yr boy drowns while playing in an open water tank

4 year old Ronit Patil from Vasco drowned in a water tank while playing in the tank of a temple at Gandhi Nagar.

Locals says that the child fell in the tank that was open.

Local Ravi Gounder said that another boy informed them but they could not find the boy immediately. And by the time thy found him it was too late.

Locals have demanded that the tank be covered.
