Goa welcomes tourists - but they have to follow SOPs

Goa has opened its doors for tourists. But there are some standard operating procedures tourists have to follow.
The following are the SOPs: Pre-booking is mandatory.
Quarantine upon arrival is not necessary but the tourist must have a COVID negative certificate.
The tourist must undergo a basic screening test. A swab sample will be collected at the entry point.
