Drinking on roadsides leading to decline in restaurant business: Michael

Restaurant business is down. This the Calangute MLA Michael Lobo admits. He says that the number of foreign tourists have reduced. And domestic tourists are buying liquor from wholesale shops and drinking on the road sides.

Nobody is sitting is restaurant, Michael says. However, restaurant owners say tha tthere is a rule that people cannot sit on the beaches or on road sides and drink.
