Guardian Angel overwhelm Salgaocar FC 3-1

A fine hat-trick from Beneston Barretto inspired Guardian Angel Sports Club to down Salgaocar FC 3-1 in the Goa Football Association Selvel Goa Professional League at Duler Stadium, Mapusa, on Monday.

Salgaocar FC didn't look at their usual best on the field while Guardian Angel SC weren't threatening either as there were just few chances created in the first 45 minutes. Guardian Angel scored the third in the 80th minute when Mevan on getting the ball from his own territory made a fine run before setting a great ball upfront to Beneston.  Calangute Association versus  Panjim Footballers on Tuesday  at Duler Stadium , 4.15 p.m.
