No beef shortage for EID, promises Vijai

The Government of Goa is not against any religion or caste said Town and Country planning Minister Vijai Sardessai on Tuesday.

The Minister promised that the Muslim community will get all the necessary permissions for the abattoir within 48 hours for the upcoming Eid.

Members of the All Goa Muslim Jamat met the Town and Country Planning Minister on the issue.

The Minister met them and assured them that there won’t be any problem for the festival.
