Cong for ban on Sanatan Sanstha

The Congress on Tuesday demanded a ban on the Sanatan Sanstha on the heels of the arrests made in Maharastra of some right wing elements with weapons.



Maharashtra ATS had arrested three right-wing activists were arrested - Vaibhav Raut, 40, Sharad Kalaskar, 25, both from Nala Sopara in Palghar, and Sudhanav Gondhalekar, 39, from Pune.

Around 20 crude bombs, explosives and documents seized during late night raid. 4 days before that a terror plot involving some Hindu right-wing activists in Palgharand and targeting Mumbai, Pune, Satara and Solapur ahead of Independence Day celebrations and the upcoming Bakri Eid festival was busted.
