Rumdamol calms down after Sarpancha's initiative

The issues was resolved on Wednesday morning by Davorli sarpanch after holding joint meeting of both the clashing groups. 

Goa365 was told by the locals that the clash began on the issue of placing the flags on the roadside for the religious julus.

But some people say it was because of one person raised anti-national slogans. Police rushed to the site and pacfied the crowd.

On Thursday morning, Davorli Sarpanch Vishwadas Naik convened a joint meeting of bot the groups.

Nobody supported the reported act of raising slogans. The issue was finally resolved amicably.
