Boa Feast, Goencho saib feast preps, SOPs set

Special arrangements have been put in place for the big feast of St. Francis Xavier on Thursday. This time the faithful's will not be allowed to attend the Eucharistic celebration but will be allowed to kiss the relics of the saint, the church will be kept open from 5 in the morning.

Speaking to media, Rector of Basilica of Bom Jesus Fr. Patricio Fernandes said that this year the feast celebration will be held in a different manner. The high mass will be held at 10.30 in the morning with only 200 people as per the SOPs. Listen in to Fr. Patricio wherein he shares the preparation for the feast on Thursday.
