The largest democracy of the world is in the midst of voting. On Tuesday Goa stepped out to vote for the Lok Sabha and by-polls.

This time there were many specially abled and senior citizens seen at the polling station, all who cast their vote. The election commission too made a lot of efforts to ensure that all got a chance to vote.

Election commission had arranged for wheelchairs, stretchers and vehicles for such voters. All in all it was a good effort though there were complaints. But the enthusiasm was quite palpable and many people brought their aged relatives and friends in their own vehicles. Watch.

Election Commission's official state icon Fredericka Menezes voted with her parents and while speaking to the reporters she expressed the need to improve the facilities for the specially abled during elections.

The CEO gave details on what preparations they have done.
