Salman Khan Joins AAP, Says it is to help people

Salman khan is joining politics, and that too AAP. Really, one would ask. But it’s true, with a catch. It is indeed Salman Khan, but not the film star. He is a social worker from Mapusa. Here’s more.

The AAP today welcomed Salman Khan, a prominent social worker from Mapusa into the party. Rahul Mhambre, the party’s president in the state while welcoming Salman Khan into the party said that Mapusa needs such hard working activists to bring about long due changes.

Khan spoke about the various problems plaguing Mapusa for over 20 years. He said that parking at the markets, water conversation and sanitation were some of the problems affecting Mapusa for years now but nothing has been done. Listen to what he said.
