NCP, AAP criticises the shortened Assembly session

04 Jul 2020 05:28 PM

Both the Nationalist Congress Party and the Aam Admi party have criticised the government for reducing the monsoon Assembly session to merely one day. They say that it is not enough time to discuss the issues facing Goans.

Nationalist Congress party questioned the government over the conduct of SSC exams recently without bothering about the threat to students.

The NCP says the government is concerned about the health of the legislators but not people.

One day assembly session means finding loopholes. If government cannot take assembly session that the State's affairs should be handed over to the governor and implement president rule in the State, Aam Admi Party has demanded.
