Carlos blames Milind for faulty reservation in municipal elections

Vasco MLA Carlos Almeida has hit out at Urban Development Minister Milind Naik on the reservations issue. He said none of the Mormugao taluka MLAs has been consulted on the issue and even worse the Reservation Act has not been followed.

 Carlos  said that the reservations were not sensibly done. He is upset. He says that they should have been done as per sequence and that the reservations were probably made with the intention  that Carlos loses the next assembly elections.
