AAP alleges BJP not serious about corruption

The Aam Admi Party has accused the ruling BJP of going slow on various corruption investigations because their party men are involved in them.

AAP convenor Elvis Gomes said that there were efforts to hush up the recent case wherein a PWD engineer was caught red handed taking a bribe  at Goa University.

He also wanted to know the status of the investigation into the allegations by a whistle blower from the sports department.

The anti corruption bureau has made lot of arrests after complaints by the public.

These include arrests from the RTO and now at Goa University to name a few. However, AAP has alleged that there are systematic efforts to whitewash the issue as there are people from the ruling party involved.

AAP has also criticised the behaviour of the TCP minister and his usage of words like mobocracy to describe the recent agitation against PDAs especially the meeting at Azad Maidan.
