Knowing and not doing, is not knowing. Suresh Amonkar lived with this Zen philosophy. In spite of having cancer with three relapses, lived a celebrated life.

And worked to give us a real message of peace by translating scriptures of all the religions into Konkani.

This was a tribute paid to Suresh Amonkar at a condolence meeting held in Panaji.

On the occasion of one month for his demise, Institute Menezes Braganza and Bimb Parivar had taken initiative with many other organizations he was associated with it, including his New Goa High School of Mapusa.

Many spoke. Even his students who are now in ‘60s.

But more than a mere meeting to condole his death, the meeting turned out to be a philiosophical churning.
