PM will announce mining solution before Nov

Once again the same assurance, but this time by union minister of Mines Pralhas Joshi. During his Goa visit, he assured to come out with a workable solution to the mining imbroglio.
And Chief Minister Pramod Sawant echoed him saying Prime Minister will personally make an announcement on the solution, hopefully before November.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant along with Rajya Sabha MP Vinay Tendulkar met Union Minister of Coal and Mines Pralhad Joshi and discussed the issue of restarting mining in Goa. The union government has formed a group of ministers to deliberate on the mining issue and find a solution.
