Campaign to oppose coal import thr' Goa from 2nd Oct

The proposal of doubling of South Western Railway track to transport more coal from Vasco to Hospet in Karnataka is a burning issue. People who live along the railway tracks are opposing the proposal tooth and nail.



Goyant Kollso Naka says it has studied the Sagarmala project of the government . The NGO says plans are being made to make Goa a coal hub. The NGO Goyant Kollso Naka is going to start an awareness campaign about its ill effects on people from the 2nd of October. The awareness campaign will be launched from Chandor.
