Director of Goa Foundation Dr Claude Alvares has accepted the challenge thrown by BJP minister Nilesh Cabral.
He is prepared to take over Chairmanship of Goa government’s mining corporation and restart mining in Goa.
But mining dependents say there is no market for Goa’s low grade iron ore.
