At last, PM meeting Goa MPs/MLAs on mining issue on Wed morning

At last, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has agreed to have a meeting on Goa’s mining crisis. It’s on Wednesday at 9.30 in the morning.



With all the three MPs, mining belt MLAs, BJP’s allies in the government and the Goa Mining People’s Front. MGP MLA from Sanvordem Deepak Pavaskar confirmed with the media that Modi will meet the Goa MPs & MLAs on Wednesday morning. He said that they would also demand a package of 3500 crore rupees to the mining dependents, besides amending the MMDR Act. Goa Mining People’s Front delegation is already in Delhi. Their leader Puti Goankar told us on phone that they also met union minister Suresh Prabhu.
