MMC on solving the current issues in Mapusa

Mapusa Municipal Chairperson Ryan Braganza has decided to appoint a consultant for mapusa traffic management to overcome traffic problems in the city.
The council has also decided to charge heavy fees to renew the licenses of those who occupy shops outside the blood relation.
The decision was taken during MMC meeting held on Friday.
During the council meeting MMC has decided to promote GPA system as replacement to bio-metric system to monitor MMC staff.
Council decided to distribute 8000 plastic coated cloth bags on 5th of December in association with Scouts and guides.
This bag would be an alternative of polythene bags used for wet products.
