Navelim bypass to the Ravanafond road is a busy one with heavy trucks plying on this on a daily basis. This has led to a water pipeline bursting.
Locals are facing water shortages due to this burst water pipes. However, locals blame PWD officials alleging apathy on their behalf. They want strong action taken against their officers.
