CM & DyCM failed to ban LED fishing and bull trawling

Goenchea Ramponkarancho Ekvott has alleged that Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant and Deputy Chief Minister Vijai Sardesai have failed to control the illegal use of LED lights and bull trawling.

GRE said they are totally disappointed with new CM.

He has lied to the fishing community of Goa and proved unfit to be the successor of former Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar who would have acted within few days.

GRE President Agnelo Rodrigues said chief minister and deputy chief minister had assured to impound illegal use of LED lights and bull trawling within eight days.

The ban on LED lights and bull trawling was implemented in 2016.

No action is taken for three years and they forced to run from pillar to get the ban implemented.
