Vijai assures Cuncolim locals over highway realignment

He said after NHAI conducts the survey they will present two alternatives to the people.

Cuncolim locals along with Cuncolim MLA Clafasio Dias hold meeting with TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai regarding the National Highway realignment.

The locals are confused about the alignment of the highway.

They are apprehensive that houses and religious structures will have to be demolished while the realignment is being carried out. 

The National Highway Authority of India will begin a survey of the highway from the 20^th of this month.

They will present two alternatives to the people of the areas affected before notifying the alignment.
