Vadem pumping station fault sees sewage flowing in gutters

And due to this fault sewage water is flowing into gutters for the past three months.

Authorities are unable to locate the leakage of the sewage water.

Mormugao Municipal Council Chief Officer Agnel Fernandes said the area will be inspected along with officials of sewerage department.

The decision will be taken after the inspection.

 Local Dr Pedro Da Costa said the sewage water is seeping out for the past three months. He had written a letter to MMC in this regard, but to no avail.
